Practice makes perfect!!  This winter, see how good you can get.  


Listed below are 11 one minute exercises to help you improve your touch, efficiency, and confidence with the ball.  

Here’s the challenge…

The BASA United TEAM to do the most “Min IT 2 Win IT” challenges between April 1-April 30 will win a Pizza Party Practice! 
(You must do these outside of your normal practice times.)

#1   1 min: foundation
 

#2   1 min: foundation w/ rolls
 

#3   1 min: toe taps
 

#4   1 min: Outside ‘V’


#5   1 min: Inside ‘V’
 

#6   1 min: Thigh Juggling  (alternating both thighs)


#7   1 min: Foot Juggling (laces/alternating both feet)
 

#8   1 min: ¼ Turns
 

#9    1 min: Figure 8s Outsides (2 cones/objects 3-5yd apart)


#10  1 min: Figure 8s Insides (2 cones/objects 3-5yd apart)


#11  1 min: Figure 8s Bottoms (2 cones/objects 3-5yd apart)
